Vancouver Unfiltered: Inside Snowchild Edge’s Studio Rehearsal

We followed Snowchild Edge to Palm Studios for an exclusive look at his rehearsal ahead of a Sounds of the City show.

Snowchild Edge Studio session

We followed Snowchild Edge to Palm Studios in Vancouver for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at his rehearsal and music selection ahead of a Sounds of the City performance. This is where the show actually gets built — raw vocals, creative decisions, and the unglamorous repetition that never makes it into the final set.

Watching an artist work out a tracklist in real time is a different kind of interesting than watching the finished performance. You see the choices — what stays, what gets cut, what gets reworked on the spot — and it makes the eventual live show hit differently once you know what went into it.

Full rehearsal session is above, and if this makes you want to see where it led, our Sounds of the City coverage has the rest of the story.
